Very welcoming and family friendly, it had such a lovely view and it had all the facilities such as washing machine, dishwasher, kitchen with an I’ve and the owner was very nice he has lend us the umbrella for the beach. I would love to go again.

“Beware of potential scam. The nice pictures on booking don’t reflect the reality”
I booked the olives terrace residences through booking, and arrived at the place in the evening. They charged us 20€ less than what it was supposed to be, alleging that they wouldn’t be able to provide breakfast and that was the reason for the discount. Then they told us to cancel the reservation through booking, otherwise we would be charged the remaining 20€. So I asked for the cancellation and they promptly accepted it “free of charge”. The thing is, when we were brought to our room, it was a completely different room from what I had booked. There’s no view, the bathroom has a lot of problems (the shower can’t be fixed on the wall, so we had to hold it all the time while showering; the water got super hot and super cold suddenly; the shower area got flooded in a minute; the curtain of the shower was not good), the wardrobe is broken, the WiFi doesn’t work (they gave us the password of the WiFi from the room in front of ours, so the signal was very very weak) etc. I believe they made us do the cancellation because they didn’t want a bad review. And to be honest, even with the 20€ off, it is not worth the price for just not having breakfast as we were supposed to. I contacted booking customer service and exposed the situation, so I got the link to add this review. Just would like to warn potential customers of this situation, cause for me that was done really in bad faith cause the hotel couldn’t offer us what we paid for.

“Lovely stay with a great pool”
The property was clean and modern and had everything you need. The pool was big and refreshing with a lovely view. Good location - a short drive to the old town or to the beach. Staff were very helpful and accommodating.

“Great place for holiday and respectful staff”
The location and the place were really great. It had everything we needed for our stay. Erlin welcomed us and was really friendly. He even helped us, even though we had missunderstood which room we would stay. All my feedback is positive. Hope to find more welcoming persons like Erlin in South Albania.

Spacious apartment with comfortable beds and a nice pool. Great to have a washing machine. Location quite good for getting around Dhermi though you absolutely need a car. A couple of small food markets nearby. Staff very helpful.
