We had a very pleasant stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped with everything we needed. The overall facilities were well maintained and provided a welcoming atmosphere. We were particularly impressed by the cleanliness and the warm hospitality of the hosts, who were always kind and helpful. We would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to stay here again.

The owners were super friendly and helpful. The room was clean, not far from the beach if you have a car. Quiet location, the owner helps you park inside the property and he was always ready to greet you every morning We had a great stay here!

“Avoid.”

There’s a common stereotype that some areas in southern Albania, like Dhërmi, lack the warm hospitality Albanians are known for. Sadly, this property fully confirmed that impression. We arrived in Dhërmi around 10 AM and called just to ask if we could park our car early before the 2 PM check-in. The owner responded by shouting aggressively, refusing even that small request. Later, around check-in time, we called again to inform him we’d be arriving in the evening—but again, he yelled and even insulted us in Greek, which one of our friends understood. This felt completely unprofessional and disrespectful. To protect ourselves, we also messaged through Booking.com—where his tone suddenly changed and became calm, showing how inconsistent and unreliable his communication was. The property itself was average, but the owner’s behavior made the entire experience uncomfortable. He showed no awareness or regret for how he treated us. I would not recommend this place. Hospitality is key, and this was one of the worst I’ve experienced in Albania or abroad.

Cute little house with a nice location and a 20min walk downhill to the beach. The room had everything we needed, cozy and clean. The owners were lovely and friendly so we felt very at home.

“Fine for a night”

Private, closed parking in front of the building. You can open the gate any time you want, so you don't depend on the host. Small stand with essentials next to the building and a supermarket within 2-minute walking distance.

The room was comfortable, airconditioned & had just enough space to lay our luggage by the bed and move around. There was a small balcony at the back with space to hang towels and a beautiful view of the mountains. There was a rooftop you could access with a stunning view of the ocean and sunset. There was a small shop next to the accom.

It was a lovely place to stay at - very good location and well connected. The host was lovely and helped us with anything we needed.

The staff here were so lovely and welcoming. He gave us loads of information about things to do/how to get to places as well as just having general chit chat which was lovely. The room was really spacious and the bed was very comfy. It had a good view at the back of the mountains which included a drying wrack which was perfect for wet towels and bikinis. The balcony area at the front gave a lovely view of the beach. You need to be prepared to walk up/down a very steep hill to get to and from the beach which was about a 15 minute walk but well worth the walk. Loved our stay here.

The owners (father and son) are quite lovely! The room was nice, the bathroom was a bit dirty. AC worked great! It's a bit overpriced but all in all a nice place!
