We had a great experience! The owner was extremely welcoming and kind. He even offered to give us a ride since we didn’t have a car, which was really appreciated. He also took the time to show us where we could find boat tours and gave us helpful recommendations. Very friendly and helpful throughout our stay we truly felt taken care of!

Family atmosphere and hospitality, Petros was coordinating our stay and comunication with his parents, starting from reservation until the end of stay. The apartament was really clean, kitchen was equipped with all necessary accessories, bed was comfortable. Large baby cot was available. We appreciated kind welcome and late check-in. Private parking spot was available for us. Bakery and grocery story are 5 min walking distance.

Dhermi is undergoing massive construction projects, lorries drive through constantly and its not thst pleasant a place to be. This apartment is located up the hill and away from the chaos making it a haven of peace. Newly created to a high standard it a good base to explore from.

“Stunning Hillside Studio, but Arm Yourself with Patience for the Beach Drive!”

The studio apartment is fantastic. It is tastefully decorated, highly functional, and really comfortable to stay in! It’s very quiet and tucked away from the hustle and bustle. Patros was incredibly helpful over the phone, and his mother was lovely. ​The apartment is located high up, offering a beautiful panoramic view. Driving down to the beach is usually the best option, though you need to arm yourself with plenty of patience: at the moment, there are many active construction sites in Dhërmi, leading to dust and trucks that frequently block traffic. ​Because of this situation, we decided to walk both down and back up. If you're a trekker, you can definitely manage it, even if it's quite challenging after a day at the beach—otherwise, I wouldn't recommend it! You definitely need a car to get to the sea. ​Overall, it’s a beautiful and peaceful location with a nice glimpse of the sea, though it is a bit isolated. There is private parking, but it only accommodates one car, so we were only able to park inside after the other guests had left. Such a great property. The host was so lovely and accommodating. Everything was spotless and so comfortable. We ended up extending our stay because it was to nice to leave.

“Wonderful experience!”

Out of all the apartments and places we stayed in during our 2-week road trip in Albania, this one stood out the most. The host was incredibly kind, always available, and nothing was ever a problem for him. He greeted us with a smile and positive energy every time. He even picked us up from the bus station and refused to take any money for it. The apartment was amazing — beautifully decorated in a Scandinavian style, very spacious, and had everything we needed. There were even small thoughtful touches like board games, which we enjoyed playing on a rainy day. We especially loved the detailed guestbook, full of useful information about Dhermi — from the history of the area, Wi-Fi details, nearby attractions, restaurants, walking distances to shops and bakeries, and even hidden beach spots. The garden and patio were our favorite places to relax and enjoy our morning coffee in peace. The host’s mom was so generous, always offering us fresh fruits from their trees and local homemade products to taste. We even picked some fresh basil from the garden to cook our pasta! Unfortunately, we stayed only one night, but we’re already planning to come back next year and stay longer. This place truly deserves a 10/10. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

My partner and I spent two night here and we absolutely love it! Petros is very kind and welcoming. He made sure all the essentials were covered, he also recommended restaurants near the area. As a bonus, he gifted us local products from his dad garden. There’s parking available at the property. Everything was very clean.

Property was very clean, comfortable, and ideally situated in a quiet street close to amenities like a market and bakery within a few minutes walk, and the beachfront with bars and restaurants 20-30 walk away. Enjoyed my stay here and would highly recommend to others.
