The staff here were warm, attentive, and genuinely kind throughout my stay. When I fell ill, they arranged for a doctor to visit and administer an IV to help me recover. That level of care made all the difference. Special thanks to Bushra, Flori, Gerta, Bekim, and Burak for their outstanding and compassionate service. I would not hesitate to return.

“Great hotel if they sort the last minor kinks”

Our room was excellent with a big tv, amazing bed and pillows and a great bathroom. The breakfast was good and the beach towel staff was superfriendly. The beach facilities were good. Parking was arranged well (valet) considering the underground parking wasn't completed yet.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. The waiters in the restaurant do a great job. The food was also excellent. The hotel has a nice and very pleasant beach bar.

The only positive aspects were that the building is new, the sea view is beautiful and two of the cleaning ladies were very kind and polite.

“Lovely property but abysmal service standards”

Fabulous sea front location. Lovely comfortable large room but we did pay for a sea view which is pricy for where we are. Reception staff were lovely.

We really loved the warm hospitality and friendly staff, especially Busra, who made our stay extra special. The room view was absolutely amazing and very relaxing. The birthday decorations, bouquet, cards, and dinner arrangements were beautifully done and made our celebration unforgettable. The property itself was clean, comfortable, and had a wonderful atmosphere. Overall, everything about the stay felt special and memorable.

The location is fantastic , one of the best beaches of Dhermi , the hotel is modern, nice design and very comfortable. The service is good , can still improve anyway .

“Beautiful hotel by the sea”

Beautiful hotel in a perfect location. Loved the restaurant and the beach. Breakfast was excellent with so much choice. Staff were super friendly. We enjoyed kayaking at the beach

The hotel structure is very nice, modern, with spacious and clean rooms. Great location right in front of the sea, and the staff was flexible in adjusting my booking.
