“Perfect!!”
Even before our arrival, Christo contacted us to make sure everything was going smoothly. The welcome was impeccable, with water and beers in the fridge as well as valuable advice on nearby restaurants and activities. All of his recommendations were excellent. His kindness is remarkable, and we will keep a very fond memory of him as a host. We had the opportunity to share an evening with him and his friends in a superb friendly atmosphere: The apartment, spacious and perfectly clean, also has a balcony offering a splendid view! If you are looking for an authentic and warm experience, you are in the right place! 🤗

“Wonderful stay at a comfy and modern apartment with a wonderful view!”
We had such a great time at House of Rose. Christos’s hospitality and kindness were outstanding, and the apartment is so charming! Everything js brand new, extremely comfortable, very clean and the view from the balcony is breathtaking. You can clearly see that everything was very well thought! We didn’t have a car and Christos was kind enough to even pick us up from the place we were staying. Besides that, he gave us so many useful tips about the area and in the end we even got some organic vegetables from him. 😊 The area is so quiet, close to nature and to the locals, and you can sleep very well. If you wanna have an authentic experience with comfort and peace, this place is for you. Thank you so much for everything, Christos! House of Rose deserves all the success and we hope to come back one day.

“Quiet and relaxing”
A little hard to find at first. I hired a small car, which worked best for the narrow rocky 'roads' to the apartment and for easier parking. The apartment was exactly as it was described, modern, spacious with a great view - lovely sunset and goats passing in the morning - bliss!. Easy walk to Palasa Beach - less busy than Dhermi. Christos the host was very friendly and helpful and even gave me vegetables from his garden. 3 minute walk to the friendly shop - that sells a good variety of products.

“Great apartment in a quiet area, clean, tidy and new! Excellent, knowledgeable host - would recommend”
The apartment is located in a quieter area of Dhermi away from the noise of the beach area. The apartment was very clean and everything is new. The AC was great! (and much needed!). The host, Chris, is also very helpful and would be on top of any requests or questions straight away - excellent service! He is also a local and has grown up in the area so knows all the important local knowledge that makes the stay that much more special. For an extra fee Chris also drove us for the day, dropping us off to explore a nature walk in a valley and also then to a local beach away from the town. This would have cost so much extra in taxi fees so we are super grateful for Chris for this and his local knowledge.

We can highly recommend! We had an amazing stay at House of Roses. The rooms are super comfortable, clean and have everything you need for a stay at Drymades. In the Freezer were some Drinks for welcoming us. You can quickly reach different beaches, Restaurants or Bars from the place. Staying here is definitely worth it. The host is a very nice guy, that takes care of everything and has an eye for details. Hope the Roses in the garden will bloom a lot!

“Great apartment with sea and mountain view”
Amazing apartment and super nice host ❤️ Terrace where you can sit and admire the sea and mountain view. Everything is clean and new. Walking distance to the beach. Kristo was very helpful and recommended lot of places to visit in the area. Great place for holidays in Dhermi 👌
