The hotel is beautiful, modern and exceptionally clean. A special mention goes to the housekeeping team, who were always friendly, professional and helpful throughout our stay. The room was very spacious including a balcony with a nice view towards the mountain and sea.

Beautiful hotel with great facilities. The room was big, with terrace, and every comfort. We were off-season so couldn't take advantage of the pool but everything else, breakfast included, was perfect.

We were the only guests in the whole hotel, but we were well taken care of by the two staff there from Filipinas. They were super kind and doing literally everything - from the reception, cleaning the room, giving massages to preparing our breakfast! I think they should get a better payment for their great work!

Amazing hospitality, the staff is super friendly and readh to help with any inquiry you might have. Dhermi in general is beautidul, but the sunrise and sunset from the restaurant is breathtaking. If you are not staying i do suggest the restaurant and the food. The rolms were spacious, nice and moder and very clean. I must also add the spa facilities was nice there was the sauna the salt room and the massage lady was incredible, massage relax and scrub for one hour was the best way to end my trip.

Absolutely disgraceful service from the girls at the reception. Not once did we get a simple “good morning.” Just miserable faces and rude attitudes every time we walked by. After two days, our room key still didn’t work. When I went to complain, one of them actually blamed me, saying it was because I kept the card behind my phone case. What a joke. They never gave us a working key in the first place. These girls clearly don’t care about their jobs and shouldn’t be working in hospitality at all. They shuffle around like they hate being there and it shows. Honestly, get rid of them. They’re dragging the whole hotel down. Thankfully, the cleaners and the guys in the restaurant were the total opposite: friendly, helpful and professional. It’s just a shame the reception ruins what could have been a decent stay.

I liked the hotel beach beds, you don't have to worry if there is a place for you to relax on the beach, it's always there, plus there is a bar there too. I don't understand the comments about the reception, the lady helped us really well and was very kind. The pool is nice and towels are available at the reception.

Great location and shuttle service as well as the view from the bar terrace. The room had a great view of the pool and mountains. The hotel also has a dedicated private beach (albeit accessed via shuttle) which was highly convenient.
