This was our sixth time in Greece and our second visit to Kefalonia, but Il Suo Paradiso has definitely been the best place I’ve stayed so far. The view is just stunning – something you never get tired of. The house is very clean and well looked after, and there’s such a calm, peaceful atmosphere that makes it easy to really relax. I also loved the way the house is decorated and furnished. You can tell a lot of care has gone into every detail, and it makes the place feel really welcoming. On top of that, the host was extremely helpful and attentive, making everything smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. If you’re looking for a spot in Kefalonia with amazing views, peace and quiet, and a place that feels like home, this is it.

The house is absolutely beautiful, located in a small village just about 10 minutes’ drive from the capital, with stunning mountain views. It's spacious, with a lovely swimming pool and various entertainment facilities that make it so comfortable you don't even want to go out. The host was very warm and attentive — she called and messaged us to check if we needed anything. On the third day, the drain in my daughter’s room got clogged and there was a bit of a smell, but she quickly sent someone over to fix it. Although some of the house's facilities may be a bit dated, that didn’t stop us from loving it. We had a wonderful week here!

“Fantastic holiday”

Amazing villa with amazing views great pool and football area. Chess table , hammock and so much more. Fantastic little traditional restaurant a few minutes walk away. My boy also loved looking out for the local goats.

“Relaxed”

We have just returned from staying in this beautiful villa.  It is located within the village of Davgata we were here for 2 weeks this has been one of the most relaxing holidays we have had. The villa itself is well maintained over 2 floors bathroom on each with an external staircase which was ideal for our 2 teenagers as it allowed some independence but not too much. The villa has fantastic views from the balcony and each level of the gardens, lying in the Hammock reading or just chilling is something I will never forget, Swimming pool is a good size kept clean and well maintained as are the gardens. There are steps leading to each level. A car is a must; there is a local tavern which serves food and drink although we did not go as I have fussy teenagers. There are so many positives for us from having breakfast outside and hearing the goats from the local farm through the fields next to the villa to having family meals on an evening. The owner gives you all the information required before you arrived and will contacts you on arrival.  There is good communication with owner if any questions . We have been coming to Kefalonia for number of years if we return next year and If available, I would stay at this beautiful villa.

The property was idealic in a very quiet location. It was quiet and peaceful with the most noise being the occasional goat passing. The property is a real home from home with everything you need. We loved all the eclectic furniture and personal touches throughout. It was perfect for us. We will return.

“Tranquil and peaceful wonderful stay in a beautiful rurally located villa.”

Superb views, away from it all in a mountainous village. You never tired of the view on rising. Very quiet, you could hear occasional church bells, birds, and goats. The garden is well cared for and grass and potted plants throughout. Nice pool area with lots of sun loungers and different areas to sit. Well equipped with a lovely pool, a covered terrace and lots of possibilities for sitting in the sun or shade. Serviced with clean linen every 4 days. We felt that we were taken good care of by the host. For example, suggesting the best supermarkets to use because of my food intolerances which was incredibly helpful. We will return for a second stay next year.

“Truly a paradise”

Honestly this property was one of the best places I've ever stayed. From the location, the views and facilities, peaceful ambience, one could not want for more, simply put it's a little slice of paradise. My partner and I are planning to return next year. Everything is in close proximity around 15mins to drive to town with all the shops and harbour with exceptional food. There is so much that Kefalonia has to offer and even in October there is still enough heat for sun lovers. I would recommend hiring a car as you simply must explore the sights, and there are so many you will be somewhat spoilt for choice. The host was a delight and has thought of everything one could want even down to the insect plugins. candles etc. We had contact from day one and she was extremely accommodating. My partner and I didn't want to leave and I'm sure anyone would feel the same.

“The most tranquil, peaceful stay”

We stayed in this tranquil villa for 10 night. Communication with the owner was great. Arrival was easy. Everything was spotless and very well maintained. The pool was wonderful, super clean. The upstairs terrace was fantastic. Stunning views. We loved having our own space downstairs with our own bathroom, away from our teens. They also loved the fact they were a little away from us. Our stay was so peaceful and relaxing. Its the last house in the village, no neighbours. The tiny village has no facilities currently, but it had heart and a really special feel. We had a car, and usually parked this side of the Lagoon and walked over the bridge into Argustioli center. I can not fault this beautiful house. Me and hubby were in tears leaving... We had a wonderful family holiday. Just what we needed. We really hope we will be back one day. Thank you so much.

“The most peaceful stay”

Beautiful house & garden with a gorgeous pool, the most peaceful holiday rental we’ve ever had & exactly like the photos but even more cosy! The location is a little out of the way (15/20 mins to Argostoli & 40 ish mins to Antisamos beach which was our favourite beach, Myrtos beach & Fiskardo) but if you have a car and stock up you really wouldn’t want to leave! Super cosy, fabulous views and just so peaceful. Went as a couple but would be even more amazing for a group!

Wow, this villa is an absolute gem of a find! It’s approximately 15-20 minutes from the main town of Argostoli but tucked away in a sleepy little village in the hills with stunning views!!! The villa has everything you could possibly need. Inflatables for the pool, mountain bikes for the hills, a huge variety of seating/relaxing areas, untold games and books. It also has everything you would expect to find in a home away from home: kitchen utensils, tinfoil, dishwasher tablets, untold herbs and spices for cooking. The villa itself was exceptionally clean, with very comfy beds! The outdoor back balcony became the hub of the home and we spent many an evening admiring the view, playing cards and listening to the crickets. If you’re looking for a quiet, serene villa to stay in, this is the ideal place to stay. We absolutely loved this villa and the photos really don’t do it justice. Without a doubt, we would come back here to stay if we come back to Kefalonia and it really was a great base for exploring the island. I’m gutted to be back home. The owner of the villa couldn’t be more helpful and called me on the first day of arrival to welcome us and answer any questions we had.
