The best service I have ever experienced. The staff was beyond helpful and very friendly. I have not enough words to describe how grateful I am for choosing this property. A lot of excursions are available to book directly at the property since they have their own boats. The island is very pretty and lots of places to explore near the island. We will definitely come again.

“Friendly stay at Biosphere inn”

Very friendly staff, who couldn't do enough for us. Lovely to be met by John at the airport who drove us back to the hotel in the buggy. John gave us a tour of the island and would take us to the beach in the buggy. There are bikes available (free) to use to get around the island. The hotel arranged a variety of boat trips run by the hotel. Especially memorable was the snorkeling trips to see the manta ray. The staff on the boats are very knowledgeable especially Ahmed, specials thanks goes to Shayaante who looked after my wife and friend who were nervous snorkeling.

The hotel is clean, airy and spacious. The staff are extremely helpful, particularly John from the front of house staff and Ahmed who ran the boat trips. We had a brilliant time.

What a great hotel on a beautiful island. The staff were amazing. The room was large, clean and comfortable what more could you ask for. My sister and I had a brilliant stay here. The trips from the hotel were excellent and very reasonable. The food was good. Breakfast was a little basic but nothing wrong with it. The free use of the hotel bicycles was so useful. The only thing for us was with no balcony there was no where to sit outside in the evening. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The island it is on is beautiful, great tourist beach with fabulous reef, there is a grocery store and restaurants everything you could need really.

The host Hamdhan is incredibly kind and takes care of his guests very well. He helped us with the travel options from the airport and is in general a great guy <3 You can ask for excursions and get a good variety of options adapted to what makes the most sense in the season/week. The breakfast is simple but delicious and you can have your breakfast eggs as you wish. The rooms have decent AC and we felt comfortable at all times.

The hospitality at the Biosphere Inn was exceptional, Hamdhan and his team are friendly and knowledgeable. They organised extras for us that went over and above what i expected! breakfast was lovely and the Dhal served in the evening was delicious. i will definitely be coming back.

This was a great two night stay. The Biosphere Inn is a clean, comfortable, friendly place from which to enjoy the beaches and snorkeling--a ten minute walk away--of Dharavandhoo. The food is very good and the rooms are spacious. A special thank you to John for helping me rearrange travel off the island in a budget-friendly, convenient way!

One of the best decisions in all my travels in the Indian Ocean was to stay here and enjoy the warm hospitality of John and Hamdan. They will go above and beyond to meet your every need. John previously worked in 5 star resorts and you'll get top notch service. Breakfast great, lovely atmosphere and Hamdan will help you with day trip activities to the beautiful snorkelling sites or nearby islands. I would do anything to be back here again soon.

The Host (Saddath) and the Receptionist/Guest Relations Officer (John) were very friendly and helpful. The room provided was clean, spacious and smelled nice, too. Biosphere Inn also carry out their own excursions. They would inform you about the snorkelling trips planned for the day well ahead. They provided the snorkelling equipment. They were flexible about payments. You can pay when you are leaving. They were also helpful during the snorkelling sessions. They also provide footage of your snorkelling sessions. Highly recommend this place if you want to visit Baa Atoll.

If you're hesitating between Biosphere and other hotels, go with Biosphere – it's the best on the island. The staff was absolutely amazing, they went above and beyond to ensure a fantastic stay. Upon arrival, I was stuck in Malé due to not having a ticket (all speedboats and flights were fully booked), but one of the owners somehow managed to find a solution in no time. I am extremely grateful for their help and support, because otherwise I'd have cancelled the trip. Communication was very smooth, they answer quickly to messages and always try to help. The staff at the hotel (reception, restaurant, etc.) was also extremely helpful, and the food was great. The room was very clean and cleaned daily, the best I've experienced on a local island in the Maldives. The excursions are phenomenal - with a little bit of luck, you'll be able to see many manta rays and whale sharks. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience. Highly recommended!
