“Worst experience”
They did not let me stay at the property. Even though I informed them twice that I will be checking in at 23:00-23:59, when I went to the property, they told me that they have cancelled my booking as they were not sure if I would go. This is very frustrating and disappointing. After a long travel, this is not what you would expect. Although they allotted me to some other hotel which is almost 2 km away from this, that hotel was hardly comfortable. Rooms were nowhere near to what I expected. I would never make any booking at this property ever again

The staff was friendly. Checked in easily. Had an unannounced guest. They didn't charge extra for him, and even provided the complimentary breakfast for him. I ordered a late night dinner, and the food was good.
