Airport pick up included, which was really nice. Hotel is clean and modern. Breakfast was good. Room service was good and with reasonable prices.

Modern and clean. Armchairs in the room. The restaurant was great, excellent food and service. Despite being in the city centre it was quiet. Plenty of rickshaws right outside.

Such excellent service from the beginning with a meet and greet staff picking us up from the airport and taking us to hotel in complimentary shuttle service. Reception staff are very professional and all staff know how to look after their guests, some speaking English fluently. Breakfast was so nice with a variety of dishes and staff assisting in bringing food and drinks when asked. They have a really nice clean swimming pool which we spent every evening in, with a steam room. For those wanting some exercise they have fully equipped gym. They offer a guided tour of the city which was nice for those visiting for the first time in Dhaka. Rooms are spacious and very clean. The managers go that extra mile to make sure their guests are looked after. Can’t wait to go back and will definitely recommend this hotel.

The pool was good to cool down in, it’s on the first floor and is not overlooked. Bring your towel from your room. The room was clean and a good size. The staff were very attentive, I can’t remember all the names except Boni Amin! We had the buffet breakfast, there was a fair range of foods to choose from and it was a good start to the day. They also do evening meals and there’s a range of international dishes as well as Bangladeshi food (which I’d recommend). The room WiFi was good, and you have to log in to separate WiFi in the cafe or lobby downstairs, but this wasn’t a problem. Dhaka is a busy city so expect some street noise.

This is an authentic hotel with amazing staff who bend over backwards to be of assistance and make your stay at home from home. Hotel has amazing restaurant with really well cooked meals extremely good price! Showket was amazing and looked after us like VIPs.. and helped us book a car for a day trip at a very good rate. The hotel is located in a very busy area so if you’re looking for an exciting experience in Bangladesh this is great - not so much if you’re after another “Hilton”. We also enjoyed the spa facilities .
