“Comfortable Room, but Disappointing Breakfast and Service”
I had a very comfortable stay at Royal Regent Suites. The room was bright, clean, and well-ventilated, with both a fan and an air conditioner that worked perfectly. Everything in the room was in good condition, making it easy to relax after a busy day in Dhaka.

I liked everything about them. I gave 9 out of 10 because the toilet could have been kept a bit cleaner. Otherwise, their service was definitely worthy of a 10 out of 10. I will surely stay there again next time I visit Dhaka.

“Comfortable Stay, Clean Rooms, and Exceptional Late-Night Service.”
The staff is very well-behaved, and the rooms are neat and clean. It's also extremely comfortable to stay here overnight. For example, I ordered food at 3:30 a.m., and I thought the kitchen would be closed or they'd serve something pre-cooked. But guess what? They actually prepared my dish fresh at that time! That was quite a great experience. Overall, I’d give it a 9.6 out of 10. Definitely worth the money!

“Great location and excellent customer service”
Excellent customer service. All the staff were professional and provided great service. Clean rooms, comfortable beds and had all amenities. The hotel is also located in a great, upmarket location.
