“Great owner!”
The biggest advantage of the place is the owner. Really good guy that will make sure that your stay at his place is as comfortable as possible. He took me with him to a run club and showed local restaurants.

They couldn’t provide the free breakfast but the staff was so helpful and brought us paid breakfast. Overall, its a good place. I'll recommend it.

“Great for the price and locaion”
- The location is the best, just across Unimart and a foodcourt, next to a cafe and a hotel. - Very easy to get around from here - Warm water - The staff would try to meet your needs - There was a balcony and attached bathroom - Very safe for female travelers - Great price for a room in the Gulshan area The room also has a cupboard and a desk

“Poor & uncomfortable.”
This is not a resort or hotel. It's an apartments with all poor & old furnitures. Shared bathroom. Very dirty curtains & bed sheet. But staff are helpful. Bed is hard as rock. Sad experience.

Actually we could not stay there, as the they cancelled the booking very last minute saying the AC is not working and the weather is very hot, they needed time to fix the AC. That's what they said.

“Pleasant stay in Gulshan”
Spacious clean room with a table to work on. Basic but good breakfast (toast, egg, marmalade, banana). Tea, coffee and drinking water always available. Friendly owner. Cheap compared to other hotels in the area. Good value for money.

Maya Eco is located in a very nice part of Gulshan 2 with everything close by. For the locatoin and price it is an excellent deal. The owner is very nice and teh breakfast is good.

A great budget friendly option in Gulshan area of Dhaka. Supermarket is just across the street which solves a lot of problem!
