“Not too bad for a few nights”
Huge room and bathroom. Surprisingly quiet Close to airport Very clean Good quality breakfast brought to the room, although there was confusion on both mornings about my order. Probably would be better to take breakfast in the restaurant.

“The receptionists and staffs were not professional at all.”
I stayed two nights there. But whenever I was going outside they always kept asking about my checkout, it’s very unprofessional behaviour. Even the receptionist were not good at communicating. When I checked out the cleaning guy was checking the room with a very fishy expression that I stole something from them . The only good thing is that in this hotel you can have a good breakfast.

This was my second time staying in this property. It was clean and two massive beds ware given for my family. The house keeper boys was extremely polite and always willing to help. Even the Break fast was nice.

Miss Troya at reception was very professional, and the check-in process was quick and smooth. The other staff members were also very cooperative. However, the breakfast menu was quite limited and could use improvement. In terms of safety and security, it was a good choice for an overnight stay.

“Comfortable staying in large bed with big room with balcony. Perfect location”
The room was big with king size bed. It was clean. The room had a balcony with sofa and coffee table which was nice. Bathroom was clean with all facilities. The staff were very polite and helpful. Hotel location was very good.

“Stay Professional — Don’t Be Unethical or Disrespect Guests Over Money”
The only positive side of my stay at Crown Palace Residence was the room service. The staff handling that part were polite and responded on time.
