“Expect budget cleanliness for budget pricing.”
Location is close to beach and many venues of interest in the area. Pool area is nice and office was accommodating when asked for more pillows.

The room was clean and look updated. Liked the pool and that the coffee shop was right there. It was nice to be able to walk and there were shops along the way.

The distance to the beach is great, especially if you're traveling with a kids. If you forget anything, it's a short 2 minute walk back to the hotel. There is also a small pool on the premises in case you don't feel like getting sandy.

Very poor breakfast. Very limited options to select from.They did not even have napkins. When asked for napkins they told me they are out of it. A facility does not check the inventory? Unheard of.

“Outstanding location and incredibly friendly staff.”
The staff was absolutely fantastic. Tabitha at the front desk was exceptionally kind and that continued with all of the staff we encountered. They really went out of their way to help. Great location in Dewey Beach. You could easily walk to the beach as well as the restaurants and shops around town. Easy access to Rehoboth as well.

We had to leave a day early due to family logistics. I was delighted to discover they were going to refund my money for two rooms that night. That was a pleasant surprise!
