place is beautiful. you live like in a garden. Hot pool under the flowers and trees. Food is amazing! Staff were very kind and friendly

On a positive note, the property itself is well-maintained and has a pleasant atmosphere. The rooms were clean, comfortable, making it easy to relax. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions.

“Winter review”

The complex looks amazing. It has a charm (especially in the morning with a fog). The food was excellent with many options to choose from. In the rooms there was a central heating working and the rooms were warm and cosy. In the complex, there is a special,separate room for kids to play. The elevator was available.

Some of the food was not good one of our dishes was raw and they did not remove it from the bill

I am struggling to find anything we liked.

Very nice hotel, clean and maintained, friendly staff, excellent spa and pool. Loved the natural thermal pools around the complex. Quiet, a very nice place to relax.

“3 days at Ismena with the family.”

Gorgeous gardens, buildings and surroundings. 5mins walk from the center, super convenient parking lots. Good buffet. Spacious rooms and bathrooms. Oh the spa...! The spa is great! So many different baths, bubbly ponds, jacuzzi... The 2 apartments had 2 high quality, smart mitshubushi AC units each with sensors. We didn't come with small kids but they would have had a blast. There's a big garden where kids were playing after diner.

Polite staff, delicious food, many pools, different size and temperature! We loved it!

Only downside is the buffet breakfast and dinner which was the same both nights. No hot food available at the start of the dinner service. Lack of options. Aside from the food (which is typical of Bulgarian hotels of this standard) the hotel itself and facilities is great

“The location and spa was nice, but BG hospitality is not very professional”

The new spa area was good, the whole hotel was beautiful and we really enjoyed the view. The water was good and i liked the fact that the water outside was also hot, something like 30 degrees, but i was really looking for a hot spring outside that was 40-45 degrees or more, but it wasn't like in the ad on the picture during the winter...i guess there is no such place in BG. For my brother the water was fine. The ladies in the old spa were very nice and the massage guy was nice.

Good staff, food was fine.

Really beautiful and peaceful place with great facilities, even though sadly the outdoor pool was not open yet. Super friendly and helpful staff. Even if you are only spending a single night, I recommend everyone to get the classic massage - absolutely worth it!

We liked the house and especially the friendly staff. We enjoyed our stay much and will return.

“A winter weekend getaway”

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and warm. The spa was good, we especially enjoyed the thermal pond outside, although it could be hotter ideally (the water temperature is about 34 C degrees).

This hotel is great, spa was good and the staff really polite. It is really clean and well maintained. The fact that there are 2 SPA centers and children are not allowed in one of those is an excellent idea. ( I have 2 children). The size of the apartment was actually bigger than expected.

rich and very enough breakfast , spa was perfect, we had extremely professional rehab massage from Mr- Julian - we suggest the guy on 100 %, we were in this hotel for the very first time , but we will come back for sure:) all the team of the hotel is very nice, friendly and cooperative - it is hard to be seen in this time.

“Recommended but not so mountainous.”

The staff were AMAZING! Our room was modern and comfortable. The spa was super clean and well kept. The traditional food on offer was super tasty! We had the spa to ourselves.
