Good location, good room size, fully equipped (micro, stove, fridge, dishwasher, coffemaker, kettle, cutlery etc.) Comfortable large bed, seating area, plethora of tv channels. 15 min walk from train station and same distance from just about everything in Deventer centre. Plenty of eateries and watering holes close by. Very nice vietnamese restaurant diagonally across from Residence

“Great location”
Location was superb, very close to main square and bars/restaurants. Although I didn't make use of the facilities, there was a full kitchenette with hob, fridge etc if needed. I arrived at 1pm and was able to get in room, which was much appreciated after an early start/long journey

“Speechless”
This stay was very bad. There was a bad smell on the bed. I don't know if it was because the sheets and quilt covers were not changed or for other reasons. The smell was very bad, a smell of dampness, corruption and sweat. I had made a note that I needed to cook, and all the dishes were prepared, but the induction cooker could not be turned on, causing all plans to go to waste. I contacted customer service, but no one answered the phone call, and no one responded to the online communication. It was really a very bad stay experience

The location is very good. You can see the scenery when you go downstairs. It is very beautiful in summer. It is not far from the bar street. If you don‘t want to go out, you can cook.
