“A quiet and cosy annex house”
Very quiet and safe. The small annex house in the garden is cosy. Although it is located in the suburbs of Paris, it takes only 15 minutes to reach Gare du Nord Station. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The owner is friendly and helpful. He does not take a deposit, while many other owners do in Paris.

“Angenehm, ruhig, groß”
🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 We had a truly wonderful stay! The garden is lovely, there are many friendly guests, and so many super cute cats — we’ll really miss them (and the hosts too!). The place is spacious, cozy, and honestly much nicer than staying in the center of Paris. The train connection is great, even late at night. Absolutely recommended — this was the best decision of our whole trip!

Location close to Paris by train (however, the ticket is not the normal one, but double price - it's worth it though, because the train station is just 13 minutes by foot and in 3 stops you're at Gare du Nord). Friendly and helpful owner. House equipped with all the basic things. Comfortable bed. Nice garden. Good price-quality ratio. Quiet place, away from the buzz in Paris. Small shops nearby.

Owner of the house is a nice person ...nice neat & clean room and if you travelling by car you can get car parking on street easily nearby

“very pleasant, very nice hosts and house”
The studio is cozy, spacious and the facilities are well equipped. we really enjoyed how beautiful the garden was and how nice the host and their three cats were. A lovely stay
