“Nice staying”
The owner allow us to leave the luggage before the time so it was easier for us to move to visit París that afternoon. Communication with owner was easy by WhatsApp (in English). The communication with París by train (RER) is really fast to Gara de Nord (15 min) and the train station is about 200m from the house. There is a supermarket and a bakery near the station. There are books and toys for children. Kitchen has everything you need.

“We had a great experience. Best bang for your buck.”
We had a great experience. The host waited for us, even though we arrived after midnight. We were welcomed with wine and a quick walk through. The host was very kind and even knew well English. Everything about the accomodation was as stated. Bang for your buck. Best appartment for the price in Paris. Only downside was that the apartment was a little bit further from the centre, but public transport (busses and trains) were running non-stop. It is better to arrive at the CDG airport than Orly, as we did :( But overall, we can only recommend it :)
