“Stay was good, but will never use booking.com again”
After using booking.com to book rooms, when we had to cancel a room-- we are still waiting to hear whether the property would waive the cancellation fee. Also we were not aware that when you book through booking.com that the actual property cannot confirm details of room type and guest names assigned. For this reason, we will not use booking.com in the future. Trying to get in touch with a live agent at booking.com is nearly impossible.

For the price it would have been nice to have a spa area, free WiFi, and free breakfast. It is also a maze to get through the building and find the hotel and the parking garage. We also did not know how to get into the building by foot after hours. It would have been nice to have some explanation. Lastly, I was charged full price on booking.com and then AGAIN at the hotel. I expect a refund!
