only a few footsteps away from one of the loviest beaches of Guadeloupe, no sargassum there at all. Possibility to park the car nearby without parkingfee. Spotless clean apartment. Free use of beach chairs. Approx. 13 minutes driving to one of the best whale excursionpossibilities in Guadeloupe and less drivingminutes for visiting Deshaies (beautiful). We would without doubt choose this again on a future visit and are dreaming about it

Great location a few steps from the best clean beautiful beach. NO SEAWEED !All clean sand- same in water. Fun to play in waves. A little snorkeling but not much to see at rt. side of beach along rock/ cliffs- too rough to snorkel left side beach. Beautiful sunsets. No boat traffic. A few beach bars/ eateries open till 5-5:30pm only. Walk to main road to a few "eateries"( pizza joints with some nice different food surprizes)- PAMS was very good- and they speak a little English too. Parking walking 3 min distance. Good sized room ("WEST") with 2 burner stove top & apt size fridge, kettle, toaster, coffee maker (bring own coffee/ tea etc). Basic kitchen supplies- (pots, fry pan, dishes etc.) Glad there was a broom/ dust pan to clean tile floors of sand. Outside clothes dry/ hanger, Beach chairs, cooler bag avail. Private outdoor space with shade/ garden (peaceful). Nice private bathroom with large shower. Had a nice surprise when came "home" mid week to find bedding, towels changed & place cleaned. ( but wasnt informed this would be done). There is breakfast avail with a days notice (small fee)- nice to know if we didnt want to cook our selves. This place met our basic needs & fantastic location. I would recommend & return. No loud night life here. And very few bugs.

“Relaxing stay in a beautiful place.”

We had 4 out of 6 studios as we were two families. The location is amazing, close to one of the best beaches with the possibility of stunning walks between beaches. The extra laundry service was very useful as we stayed for two weeks. An outside shower was provided to remove sand and drying racks to all studios. The 4 studios had a good size. The garden surrounding the studios is well kept and the terraces a lovely bonus.

“A short stay in paradise”

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Gites Rose des Vents and we were sorry to leave. Just a few steps away from an excellent beach and only 5 minutes walk to a small grocery shop. There were several beach bars close by, selling food as well as drinks. We had some enjoyable evenings at PAM, a nearby pizzeria/bar. Our hostess Sofia was very friendly and helpful; she really made us feel at home. We would like to go back!

This place is fantastic if you, like us, like to take a morning walk on the beach and a dip afterwards. It is so close to the beautiful beach. It is a well run place and the breakfast is great. It is brought to your room so we could enjoy it in our beautiful garden.

Everything. Rooms have everything needed for a few days. Mosquito nets were great help. Close to the beach approx 100 metre. Lovely helpful host Beach chairs to take to the beach were appreciated.

A really well equipped , clean and comfortable studio close to one of the prettiest beaches in Guadeloupe. This beach is where the detectives hut in murder in Paradise is filmed and it is an absolutely beautiful location.

Very homely. The owners were super friendly. The room and kitchenette are spacious, everything you need is there. Interesting self-made furniture, lighting and interior elements. The location is almost on the beach, approx. 90 meters. Plage de la Perle is a pearl, one of the best and most beautiful beaches on the island. Quite big waves most of the time, which makes swimming even more interesting. And fantastic sunsets! I think you will struggle to find anywhere better.

Great to stay just a short distance from the beach. Just off the main N2 so it was easy getting to other areas. La Perle beach is beautiful with several bars and restaurants. The apartment we booked had a private terrace/garden also shared areas to sit outside. Owners live on site and provided us with breakfast each morning for €9 each (order the day before). Comfortable bed and a large shower.

we had a very nice room with a small, quiet and very efficient AC unit. the host was very nice and spoke English very well (our French is a bit rusty). He offered to serve breakfast (you need to order a day in advance) which included excellent coffee, fresh croissants and baguette, two different types of jelly, joghurt and fresh fruit). It's a 2 minute walk to the beach (Plage de la Perle), so we enjoyed going swimming before breakfast! There are a few little restaurants within walking distance. It's a very good location if you want to explore the Death in Paradise filming location in/around Deshaies.

We arrived and everything was prepared, Although the host was not there to greet us, due to our late arrival, the room was ready and accesible. The room had everything we required, a very comfortable bed and well equipped batroom with good shower. Kitchen was complete but we did not prepare any meal there. We met the host Vasco the next day and he was very relaxed and helpful. We really enjoyed the beach that was within 50 meters, pure paradise! Also: the property has a small take away Poke Bowl outlet, we did not use it but it looked very good.
