We rented the apartment and had lots of private space inside and outside, as well as use of the pool and bar area. Alexander and Catherine were great hosts and gave us several good tips for activities and restaurants

“Friendly, Helpful Hosts in a Good Location”

Friendly and helpful hosts. Big terrace area to look over toward ocean. Breakfast was very good and delivered to table outside room every morning we stayed. Close to beaches within walking distance at Fort Royal. Close to Grand Anse beach. Made a new friend with Rosie, the young dog.

“Fabulous but with a key drawback”

Fabulous in so many ways - great hosts, a lovely pool, terrace overlooking the sea and a communal outside area with a microwave and unlimited tea and coffee. We really appreciated the touches that are so often missing in holiday bedrooms - lots of hooks, pool towels provided, sockets either side of the bed, even a mini fridge which we hadn’t expected. Sadly, as we explained to the owner, we wouldn’t return for one reason only - see below.

Huge breakfast, wonderful view, 10 minutes walk to the sea. Good wifi. Lovely pool.

Beautiful setting and stunning rooms. I was made to feel so welcome! The breakfasts were incredible and the pool perfect. It’s a quick walk down to a beach and the views amazing.

“A Paradise Vacation”

Thank you so much to Catherine and Alexander ,who were so kind and would go extra mile to make us as much as possible comfortable.They are brilliant hosts. The place is very quiet and safe.The swimming pool is so clean .There is unlimited coffee and tea next to the swimming pool.They also offer breakfast and dinner.We have ordered a few times dinner,which was served for us specially and was delicious and very well cooked.We had an amazing stay there.Thank you so much and we would love to go back. There are few beaches next to the property ,which all are very good..Thank you so much Catherine and Alexander for all your kindness and hospitality.

“Relaxing in paradise!”

I loved my stay! I felt very welcome, the bungalow was very charming and I had everything I needed. The garden with swimming pool was a great relaxing spot. The breakfast was very good and also possible vegan. :) I will definitely come back if I'll visit Guadeloupe again!

Excellent clean and comfortable rooms. A very nice pool area to relax. Close to the most beautiful beaches on this island and some good hikes. Breakfast available upon order and is very good. Would definitely recommend.

Divine garden setting with view of ocean. Catherine and Alexander are kind and generous hosts. Fantastic breakfast trays brought to your room.

Really friendly and helpful hosts. The chalets themselves have beautiful views, a gorgeous terrace, everything you need inside, really comfy mattress, and are very private. We adored the breakfast, it was varied and plentiful. We really loved having it on the balcony every morning. The location for us was excellent as a base for exploring Deshaies and around. There was also a lovely little gift soap. The pool was lovely, and an honesty bar very helpful. Great to have parking available, too.

“Escpae in a tropical hut”

We stayed in a very cosy and comfortable cottage in between the palm trees. Clean bathroom and a comfortable bed. Ocean view on the terrace, which is equipped with all neccecary kitchen items. The pool near the mansion is splendid. Very friendly hosts.
