Very private location but still near a small town area. The swimming pool for kids and adults is spacious and convenient from the apartment. Desaru beach is also just a walking distance away. Netflix accounts are provided so we can catch up on any show while still on holidays.

The host communicated with us from start to finish, and the check-in/ check out process was very easy. We were left coffee, tea and milk plus plenty of toilet paper which was much appreciated. The apartment has everything you need, like a washing machine and AC in every room. We enjoyed our stay very much and made the most of our time here. Thank you, JoJo Homestay! 🙂

“Nice quiet getaway, no luxury but value for money”
Residence has a nice private beach, very convenient..Quiet, peaceful,, relaxing and away from crowds. Nice pools to relax in. There was a gym as well which was not expected. Apartment unit has fridge and microwave and utensils so can whip up some simple breakfast. Washing machine was also useful. Keycode door access means no need to carry keys around, very convenient. Air-conditioning works well. Pillows are nice and comfy. For the price, can't complain.

“Weekend fun in the sun”
It's clean and not too far from shops/local food. The ac is cold and the apmt is spacious. There are some mini slide and foosball table to kill time. Kids love it.

“Overall, convenient place for the pool and beach access. Amenties are good. Need great improvement on cleanliness.”
I think the property is overall good. So far what is needed is available. Multicooker and washine machine are good to have. My kids enjoyed the kiddie stuff like slide and swing. Baby seat and the baby activity center needs cleaning.
