Stayed one night and couldn't sleep. The beds in all rooms have no padding, and you feel every metal spring. We woke up with bad backaches.

“Peaceful and Relaxing Stay”
Had a really pleasant stay at Desaru Utama Residence. The place is quiet and peaceful—perfect to relax and clear your mind. The house was clean and comfortable, and facilities like the pool and gym were well maintained. Shops and essentials are all nearby, which made everything very convenient. Overall, a great spot for a relaxing getaway.

“The worst rental apartment we have ever stayed in.”
To be honest, nothing. Our stsy was very uncomfortable and we dread going bsck to the apartment after dinner. The whole apartment smells of air fresher to cover up the bad odour of maybe mould coming from the toilets. Location ok but apartment is bad. No view as advertised as it's only on 3rd floor! Air con for 1 room and hall ok the other one in main bedroom is too noisy!

I had a very pathetic experience at Glex Homes Desaru. I booked a 2-bedroom apartment for three nights, but the stay was so bad that I had to cancel the remaining two nights. The first apartment had no Wi-Fi and the TV wasn’t working. They shifted us to another unit, but that one was even worse: • All three aircons were leaking water • Master bedroom door could not be closed • The bed was extremely uncomfortable – springs poking through • Bedsheets and pillows were yellowish and unhygienic • It was impossible to get proper sleep I requested a refund for the cancelled nights, but until now there is no update or payment returned, despite multiple follow-ups. I really hope the management improves their service and hygiene standards. I do not recommend booking this place until they fix these basic issues.
