The corridors smell of cigarettes and marijuana old, dirty, humid. the rooms that are not for smokers stink of cigarettes even the pillows even the bathroom smell like cigarettes, there are no people to check in you have to go to the other hotel. Practically all the rooms are for smokers they smell very bad and the breakfast the cereal is old

Sheets with stains, the bathroom wasn't stocked with toilet paper, we had to check in in the hotel next door

For one night I didn't expect much, to be honest. I appreciate that the staff upgraded my room. However, it wasn't cleaned. In summary, they don't have 3 stars reviews for nothing.

When we arrived they advised they had given our room to someone else. Then they put me in a room which had not been cleaned.. Bathroom Absolutely disgusting and plug full off hair!

It was close to my meeting location. the staff was friendly. and they had a vending machine.

I have attempted to contact you. Previous emails came from Priceline so I contacted then and they said to contact you. We did not stay due to the conditions of the hotel and I would like to request a refund. The entrances and hallway ls were dirty. The room had trash on the floor, dirty sheets and the bathroom floor and tub weren't cleaned. The peep hole in the door was broken and uncovered. Mutilple staff memebers walked into the room to clean it after we had checked in and said the room was not ready for guests ....but did not clean it. Staff did not even knock on the door before entering, just walked in. We drove the two and a half hours home instead of staying here.
