From the beginning, shuttle bus was dirty inside with a broken seat belt. Property was partly renovated in the rooms and beds were comfortable. But weird smells in the halls. Breakfast was poor. Milk in fridge was expired. Back up milk gallon was curdled. Food was either greasy or full of sugar. Staff was nice but it wasn’t nearly enough.

“Staff that can speak english well is very important. They also need to understand full sentences.”
One staff member that was extremely difficult to understand his english. He said he did not have our reservation in the system and kept us at the counter trying to check in for an entire hour! It was almost 2am before we could get ready for bed and had to be up early. Horrible experience! The bed was sinking towards the middle. My wife and I had to sleep in separate beds in order to not sink as much. Breakfast was very skimpy and coffee had particles floating in our cups. Very poor experience.

Was there on a MONDAY NIGHT..so would expect it to be pretty quite..but there were people going in and out of the rooms by me..all night long..music playing loud all night..did not get any sleep..not sure what's going on in that place

It was dingy, creepy, and overpriced. It had a tv about the size of a laptop. It is just a really bad hotel...

“For my short stay, I was satisfied. I'd stay there again if I was ever in Des Moines, IA.”
I was met at the airport by a staff member that shuttled me back to the hotel well after normal business. Thankful that the hotel provided this service so that I wouldn't have to call a cab or uber ride.

“Not worth it.”
It was so loud outside our room, we couldn't sleep. The room smelt terrible and a lamp shade was broken when we walked in the room. Took the kids to the pool area and it was so hot in there they didn't even want to go swimming.
