“Lovely room. Great location.”
We paid a little more for this room but glad we did. A lovely room. Comfortable bed except the springs made noise when getting out of bed.

“Would use it again”
Close to the airport, yet, not really within walking distance, need a taxi or Uber (which can take time to get, as Des Moines is somewhat rural). The hotel is modern, bright, and clean, and everything is functional. Staff friendly and professional. Spacious room with all the amenities.

“Extremely loud banging in the room above us. I called down to the front desk and nothing was done.”
I reserved directly by speaking with a booking agent and specifically requested a 1 bedroom. I was given a studio instead.
