Overview
Le Case Coloniche is set in the Umbrian countryside, near the banks of River Tiber and 2 km from Deruta. It offers free parking and a park with swimming pool. Country House Le Case Coloniche is made of 3 historic buildings, restored according to the original 18th-century architecture. Many rooms and the comfortable lounge with fireplace feature vaulted ceilings. The restaurant of the Country House serves regional cuisine. During August accommodation is only available for weekly stays, from Saturday to Saturday.

“Really enjoyed our stay, had an excellent meal one evening in the restaurant where the food was lovely! Enjoyed sitting”
Hotel was in a convenient spot but also felt picturesque and remote. The apartment was clean and comfortable and exactly what we needed to use as a base for exploring.

“Great place to visit north Umbria”
The b&b is hosted in an old country house - hence the name - that was used as a farm. Facilities have been completely renovated around 20 years ago but keeping the full charme of a country house. The room is big enough and with a comfortable bed. Personnel is super nice (a big thanks to Francesco for all the tips and Sandra for the breakfasts). The garden is excellent if you have kids, and the restaurant on site superb. It's a great location to visit north Umbria

Living in the wonderful and charming Tuscan style. The surroundings were peaceful and quiet. Our room was spacious with a private terrace. The pool was a total favorite of the children

A wonderful place, very clean and organized. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional. A magnificent place to stay for visiting Umbria and spend some time in a beautiful swimming pool surrounded by a wonderful and peaceful garden. Higly reccomended.
