“Perfect stay for visiting Denver.”

We had a great stay at Patterson Inn. The location is excellent, with many attractions and restaurants nearby while still being quiet and relaxing. The hotel was very clean, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was fresh and delicious. A perfect mix of comfort, charm, and great service — highly recommended!

The main reason we chose this place was because it’s not a typical hotel room, but something much more unique and full of character — and it absolutely lived up to our expectations. The room was beautiful and truly special. In the morning, we had the pleasure of meeting Chris, the owner, who was incredibly welcoming and kind. He took the time to chat with us, share tips, and make us feel at home — such a genuine and personal touch that made a big difference. Breakfast was also excellent: everything was fresh, with a small daily selection, but very well prepared and enjoyable. The only small downside was that we arrived after check-in hours, so we used the self check-in and there was no one available to assist us. The room was also a bit cold upon arrival. Overall, a wonderful and memorable stay — we would definitely recommend it.

Lovely, if slightly quirky, hotel. We stayed for Valentine's night with my wife, and we had a great time. We stayed in the library, which was Cludo themed. The staff were all very friendly, and the breakfast was great.

Good atmospheric property lovely part of Denver chose because close to our restaurant There was a private event so there wasn’t a good area to sit and have a pre dinner drink other than the dining room which didn’t work for us but the host provided a complimentary bottle of wine as a gesture as they were full and busy Breakfast was included and was very tasty

I had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is in a great location — just a few blocks away from downtown, but in a quiet area that feels peaceful and safe. The room was spacious, as was the bathroom, which added to the comfort. Everything was clean and well-kept, and the housekeeping staff was friendly and attentive throughout my stay. Breakfast was a nice surprise — you could choose between two options, both freshly prepared and homemade, which gave it a warm, personal touch. All in all, a very good experience — I’d gladly return.

“Historic building in downtown Denver”

Fabulous historic building with massive and very comfortable rooms. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The hotel was quiet and in a great location on the edge of downtown Denver. We received a complementary beer in the bar which was an unexpected and appreciated bonus. The breakfast which was included was also great.

I loved the beauty and the vibe of this wonderful old-style place, all in wood. The room was beautiful and spacious. The bathroom too, was excellent - with bath and a great shower. The bed very comfortable and everything very clean. Very friendly staff and a delicious breakfast. Oh yeah, and great coffee!

Good breakfast Nice and quiet

Breakfast was terrible only a choice of two things. We went for the corned sausage hash which was horrible and burnt. The room was too warm and we had the free standing small air conditioning unit on all night which was noisy. The hotel itself is poorly maintained the walls outside etc crumbling. Interior has been done on the cheap such a shame for a lovely building. The area was full of tramps and tge car park down the street had a homeless tent community adjacent to it. You are left to you own devices after 2000 hrs noone on site. At check-in limited information given no code to use Internet no leaflet about restaurant surrounding area handed out. It was our 25th wedding anniversary and two ferro chocolates were left pretty poor really. We stayed in room 9 but would have upgraded to a better room but this wasn't offered
