“Overall disappointing.”
It took three times and eventually a new room being issued for our keys to work. The pool was closed when we were staying there. There was a dead rabbit in the garden area next to the outdoor seating. No body wash provided in shower room.

“Muy mala experiencia con ese hotel, y el seguimiento que le dan a los objetos perdidos”
Very bad experience. I forgot a pair of earrings in the room, and all they say is that the housekeeper didn't report finding them. They make no effort whatsoever to help me. I told them where I left them and they make no effort to go look. It’s maddening because they just want me to accept that, since the housekeeper didn't turn them in, they simply aren't there anymore.

Free airport shuttle to and from the airport available 24 hours a day. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I sent a message before my stay asking where the shuttle pick up was at the airport and they responded right away. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The free breakfast started at 5 am so good for early morning departure and the waffles were delicious.

“Good choice near airport”
Nice hotel, I enjoyed the very welcoming receptionists in the middle of the night -- and the indoor pool next morning. Breakfast was also good with three choices of coffee. Easy to find even with a newly taken rental car.
