Who came up with the genious idea to create rooms with the door to the room next to it INSIDE of the room? I could hear EVERYTHING my “neighbours” were saying and doing, waking up in the middle of the night from their moans. I did not pay $100 a night for having roommates. Not to mention noise cancelation in general is shitty but this is the next level. Came down to reception and said hi to the elderly staff member- silence in return. Breakfast is not good at all, there is variety but the flavor and quality is just not good. What can one expect from Colorado though… The hotel is old and tired, it needs renovation. The only good thing is the location.

“Nice room, excellent breakfast, clean and well presented. Had a great nights sleep.”
WE flew in from the UK and stopped in Hyatt before heading up the mountain the following day. Nice room and excellent breakfast, everything was clean and very well presented, The room had everything we needed and we enjoyed the stay. Have stayed here before and would do so again.

“Great facilities”
Sean/Shawn at the front desk went above and beyond procuring balloons and refreshments for my birthday as requested by my friend. He was also able to give us adjoining rooms in the top floor. The bed was quite comfortable, shower pressure was great. Breakfast was timely though it was pretty much the same options every day. And everything was quite clean.

“Pleasant property to stay at on our cross country road trip”
