The location was great for Downtown Denver. The staff were friendly, particularly the valets who were very helpful. The bed was very comfortable.

“Excellent hotel! Location and Aesthetics on point!”
Staff was warm and welcoming. I received an upgrade however I saw a socks under on the floor in the corner when I was looking for my earring which means it was not cleaned entirely. I was so tired to complain about it and the amenities offered made up for it was a plus, so I ignored it. Maybe because I was exhausted from my flight and I had to get ready to head out for me not acknowledging it. I still would recommend this hotel for location, aesthetic and staff hospitality.

“Bad exoerience!!”
Service was poor!! Wellcome drink was served in a soft drink glass. The worst my wife left a cost in the room and when we asked for it, we never got any explanation!! So amazing how things that you accidentally may leave in the room, afterwords it disappeared with no explanation!! The guy incharge Mark could not explain anything!! Extremely bad
