“It was a pleaseant stay.”
To get to the convention center, is very close, about 5 minutes walking. Located downtown, is close to the Union Station and other important icons such as the court house or the Senate.

“We had a great time, loved the hotel and will likely stay again!”
Our room was awesome. Loved the size, the space, the cleanliness. The bed was very comfy. Walking distance to the convention center.

“Very inconvenient”
The woman who worked the Night Shift at the check in desk was awful to us. My friend didn’t know she had to notify her bank that she was in another state and her card wasn’t going through. The woman didn’t want to give us any other options to help us, because the only other option was to sleep in our vehicle until the next morning when we could call my friends bank. Luckily I asked for the manager and she stepped in and helped us. I’m grateful for the manager considering we’re young women and we’re worried we weren’t going to be without a place to sleep. It was a very scary thought to think that we’d be stranded in another state with nowhere to sleep.
