“Convenient and Comfortable”
The Services was good. The 2 ladies that assisted w my registration were nice and friendly. I didnt get their names unfortunately. Comfortable room and Well equipped. I enjoyed the shower amenities and grateful to find a make up remover w the amenities. Thanks!

“Denver road trip”
The hotel is old and dated. The carpets need to be replaced. They are doing some renovations, but should have done them a few years ago. It is close to all sorts of food establishments The staff was nice and friendly, which is its only redeeming quality.

No vending machines was a real bummer, smelled smokey, and the extra pet fee was unexpected and pretty pointless

I request reservations for the 17th. It came up on the 18th As soon as I received the email which was about 2 minutes I called the property and told them it was the wrong date. I was informed they did not have anything available for the 17th and since it was booked through you they could not do anything about a refund or cancellation. I sent you an email explaining the mistaken date and was told to call the property. I did and was again told to contact you about the refund
