“Nice clean and comfortable”
Room was very nice, aircon was great. This place looks a bit rundown/scary from the outside but don’t judge by the outside. Good WiFi.

Lots of amenities, bars and restaurants nearby. Friendly staff. Looks a bit old on the outside but the rooms are cleans and spacious.

It's a safe motel. A bit dated but it works, beds are comfortable. Price is a bit high. But that's denver.

“The new rooms are clean, well designed and make the stay a great value.”
(No Breakfast...no big deal.) We liked that it was away from the highway and on the southern end of Denver. The room was newly remodeled No smoke smell. Actual Cable TV, versus just local stations or ROKU junk.

“Like this property, great owners, would stay again.”
WE have stayed here before and were comfortable so we stayed again. Love the owners and the size of the room. This year the bed did not have the right size sheets or blanket so that was interesting. We have a noisy person above us and when we told the owner, he took care of the situation immediately which we really appreciated. We plan on staying again next year if the rates are reasonable.

A simple , clean, little motel in a safe, convenient location in Denver. With the inflated prices and significant growth in population it is nice to see an affordable and familiar motel.
