Our stay at Ramada in Pamukkale was absolutely amazing from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, the team made us feel like royalty during check-in and throughout our entire stay. They consistently checked in with us to ensure everything was meeting our expectations and to see if there was anything we needed or they could do for us to make it even better. Every single member of staff was incredibly polite, helpful, and always greeted us with a smile. Their genuine hospitality made all the difference and created such a welcoming atmosphere. A special thank you to Bilal, who went above and beyond to make our stay even better. His extra initiative, attention to detail, and dedication to guest satisfaction did not go unnoticed and were greatly appreciated. Thank you to the entire team for such a wonderful experience. We cannot wait to return and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Pamukkale.

Very friendly personal and modern rooms. Outdoor thermal pool and the indoor pool were highlights for us after a long trip.

A special thank you to the front desk for assisting us with changing our trip tickets — we truly appreciated the extra care and effort. The thermal pools are spacious and very clean, making them perfect for relaxation. The hotel is also a great choice for families. Pamukkale and the Hierapolis attractions are conveniently close, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you for making our vacation so pleasant and memorable.

We loved the hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with gifts and exceptional service. The facilities are simply spectacular, and the room was very comfortable and clean. I felt special at all times thanks to the incredible attention from the entire staff. Breakfast and dinner were truly delicious, with exquisite and varied dishes. I didn't try anything I didn't like! In the evening, the live show was the perfect way to end the day. But what I enjoyed most was the experience of bathing in their thermal pool, exclusive to hotel guests. I will definitely recommend this hotel without hesitation. It's a place where they make you feel like royalty!

The hotel staff were excellent especially Buse at reception she showed us around when we couldn’t find the thermal pools, she ordered a fruit platter free of charge for us The thermal pools were great clean etc The hotel was a huge breakfast and dinner buffet style They offer you afternoon tea for free as well you are ever hungry the most generous hotel I have stayed at Of course their market is tourists and that’s what they cater for

The food and its variety were above average. The staff was very polite and helpful with our requests. My mother allegedly lost her sunglasses and reported this at the reception. The staff was invaluable and promised to review the security camera footage. Additionally, they received our contact details and contacted us a few days after our checkout, sharing an image of a recently found pair of sunglasses.

Rooms looked old, had a really strong sewer / vomit smell coming from the toilets. Hotel in general was expensive but not worth the stay.

The welcome we received was exceptional, and the staff were obliging to our every request. We were greeted at reception with a sweet gift for my daughter and were upgraded from a family room to a suit on check-in. The hotel aesthetically is modern and spacious. A basket of fruit was delivered to our room on arrival, and because as a family, we enjoy spa breaks, we quickly realised that we had chosen the right place for fitness, rest, and relaxation. Whilst at the Ramada, we enjoyed our time spent in the authentic mineral baths, the hammam with massages, and our unforgettable hot air ballooning experience, which was kindly arranged at a discounted rate by the hotel staff. We look forward to staying at this Ramada again next year.
