A hidden gem for nature lovers! The multi-level structure and quiet surroundings make it perfect for bird photography, while the lush greenery hosts plenty of amphibians and reptiles. You can even do simple night explorations right outside your room. The owner is super friendly, and the breakfast—especially the mixed porridge—is a must-try!

The place is secluded with peaceful surrounds. The host was very attentive and kindly provided options for things to do in the area.

“Heaven in Sri Lanka!”

Photos do not do this place justice, heaven in the middle of the mountains and jungle. The wildlife you see from the balcony! Karina and the team are absolutely wonderful and you feel like one of the family. The food was the best we had eaten. Couldn’t fault the place at all!

The beautiful peaceful location and setting of the properties. The natural pool was amazing and the host was lovely and helped with booking our tour and onward travel. The food was delicious. A porter who came down on his quad bike to transport your luggage up to your room for an extra 500 LKR so you can focus on your hike up to this lovely tranquil location. It was great to be in amongst the rainforest and wake up to a fantastic view from your outside seating area and listen to the Rain Forests wildlife.

The photos undersell this place, best food and sleep I had during my trip in Sri Lanka. The staff make you feel like family, Karina and her team are super kind and helpful.

“Nature all around”

Remote and fantastic. If you would like to rest and relax amongst nature, this is it! Lovely rooms and fantastic location. The owners were the loveliest and the food was also fantastic!! Very glad we came all the way to the forest, 100% worth it!

The pictures did not lie. You were surrounded by beautiful nature and sounds of music made by the nature all natural. Karina and her staff were extremely helpful and kind. Especially, when I got delayed with my flight. They were always easy to reach and answered back immediately.

The hosts were really lovely, interesting people. The location was beautiful and peaceful. Food was really excellent. Tour guide organised by hosts for rainforest was fantastic.

We had an unforgettable stay for 2 nights here, if I could give this 100 stars I would. The hospitality shown by Karina and team (and dogs!) has been completely unmatched. Our double room was nestled high above the trees with a breathtaking view to wake up to in the morning. Breakfast and dinner, all using local ingredients including ingredients grown in their garden, tells you the story of what Karina has achieved here. If you have the time, please take up the offer and book yourself on a Rainforest tour - the local tour guides were extremely friendly and knowledgeable and Karina organises a packed lunch for you. All of this at a very reasonable price. We initially found this price through a friends recommendation and we’re itching to tell anyone and everyone about this magical place when we get back home.

Stunning property , emersed nature. We loved everything about it. Beautiful buildings and lovely creek flowing past. Sadly the pool wasn’t full as they had had some big rain. The owners were very apologetic though. We will visit again so we get to swim in the pool.

“Great Stay Surrounded by Nature”

Such a gorgeous place. You’re fully surrounded by jungle, and the whole vibe is just super peaceful and relaxed. The rooms were really nice and clean with everything you need regarding amenities. One of the highlights for me was the outdoor terrace and seating area, I loved waking up out there on the cushions with the jungle sounds all around, and it was just as nice to end the night listening to all the animals. The staff were lovely, really friendly and helpful. I also did a rainforest tour they arranged, which was amazing – my guide, Inoka, was the sweetest and so knowledgeable. Overall, a really special place to disconnect and enjoy being right in nature. Would absolutely recommend!
