“Good value for money, clean and good located apartment, but needs soundproofing”
Good location, nice small balcony, very clean and 2 bathrooms, we also liked check in time (later than many other apartments around).

“Do not book this if you want some peace and quite”
This is a normal clean apartment in a random city where everything is practically shut down and nothing to see in the city during the winter time. The temperature adjustment apparatus in the apartment works wonderfully in the winter.

“Lovely base to see Denia”
Well equipped, very good location within walking distance of all the sights. Very good WiFi. Plenty of space for two people, probably a bit tight for 4 especially as the balcony can only fit 2 seats. A good heating system (handy in the cooler months). Quiet location with only minimal noise from other residents.

“Comfortable and very clean. Perfectly located.”
Our work place was 2 mins walking from this property so it was the most ideal place we could have rented. The beds were comfortable. Most of the amenities were available. The house was extremely comfortable. The host was very understanding and professional. I would definitely stay in the apartment again.

The apartment was spacious and very clean. Great location in Denia. The host was friendly and helpful, even telling us about the Denia tapas route that was happening whilst we were visiting. If we visit Denia again we would definitely stay here.

Litlle shelf in shower. Bending down in shower to pick up shampoo or soap, is impossible due to narrow size. Little shelf would resolve this.
