“Superb location and hostess in Denia.”
The property is in a great location, near the port, the tram station and the town centre. There is a supermarket nearby and many restaurants and tapas bars nearby. The property is very well appointed and full of whatever guests need. Barbara our host was fantastic and we were vey happy with our stay.

The townhouse is in a great location. Very well equipped, The roof terrace was amazing with great views of sea and castle. Barbara was the best host and so helpful. A great welcome pack to get us started. We couldn't have wanted for any thing more. Great artwork and sculptures. We really appreciated the little touch, toiletries, beach towels, cotton wool and hair dryers. Would definitely recommend A*

I really liked the house, in the very historical center. Spacious house, many bedrooms. There are a lot of beautiful things, a comfortable kitchen and a rich library. When I have a lot of money, I would like to live there very long.

“Perfect property inside and out … we will return. It’s a gem!!”
Stunning house/home, and it felt like home while we were there. We wanted for nothing as everything was catered for in the property. The location was perfect and very near restaurants, shops and beach but with no noise impact. Loved the roof terrace in the evening with views of the castle. Despite being on four floors there were bathrooms on every level. All bedrooms and space well thought out. We also knew that the owner was on hand should anything be needed but it wasn’t.

“Best place to stay in Denia!”
My family stayed here during our wedding and it was amazing! There were 7 people and everyone was very comfortable. Best of all the hostess was very prompt in her communication and meeting her at the location to get the keys was so easy. She showed us all around the house so that we understood how everything worked and made us aware of all the great features of the property. She even had some juice, milk, water, and cava stocked in the fridge for us! The property is beautiful! Wonderfully renovated and with a very classy style featuring wood banisters on the beautifully tiled stairs, gorgeous art everywhere, and nice appliances. The little courtyard off the kitchen is cozy with plants and space to eat along with a nice grill, and the terrace upstairs on the top floor is fantastic with views of the castle and sea. This is by far the best place to stay in Denia!

The house was very well equipped with all home comforts and was as welcoming as its Owner! An unusual and delightful layout with all the touches of a beautiful well-loved home. The rooms and furnishings were very clean and well maintained. The kitchen had all the equipment needed for cooking a main meal.
