“Superb property right in the heart of Denia”
First of all we were very lucky to get this property in the first place. We got the only 5 days remaining this summer. The owners were extremely communicative and answered every querie. It’s less than 5 minutes from the best shops, bars and restaurants. The highlights were the comfy beds, amazing air-con and bathroom. Great fridge too.

“Perfect accommodation for our short stay”
This is a lovely property with plenty of space for 2 people. There is a comfy area to sit, relax and watch TV or drink wine (or both), a dining table for breakfast and then the sleeping areas upstairs. One bedroom is private with a door and the other is open on the mezzanine floor. Fabulous location in the old town. On street parking outside and we were lucky enough to get a place right outside the front door. We were able to walk easily to the marina for a Sunset Catamaran cruise, around town to visit the markets and sample the local cuisine as well as visit the castle over the three days. The car stayed parked up outside the house. We had an issue with one of the door handles which Valentina had fixed very quickly. Communication with Valentina was always very easy and very prompt.

Stunning apartment! Tasteful mix of traditional with modern. Very well kitted and fitted out. Bed was exquisite. Loved the cute courtyard. Excellent written and video check-in entry information sent on the day via WhatsApp. Perfect location for exploring Denia. Wish I'd stayed longer!

“High price, high potential but needs improvement”
modern style, aircon, easy check in (even though I think the instructions came a bit too late (after check in time) and good communication with the owner (a bit sooner will be better too- 48h before with instructions to check in will be the right way to do I think)

“Perfectly situated little apartment”
Everything..This is our second stay at Casa Portelles and it didn't disappoint. Lovely apartment, everything provided that we could possibly need. The location is perfect for exploring Denia on foot..We will definitely rent this property again

“Wonderful Apartment”
Everything!! Lovely apartment. Perfectly located in the old town of Denia, less than 15 mins walk from.the Port and only minutes from an abundance of restaurants and bars..Dealing with Valentina was so easy, she answered any query I had immediately. We were a couple but the apartment sleeps 4..We intend to revisit with our daughters and there will be ample space. Fantastic value for money and everything we needed was provided.

It’s a perfect place for vacation in Denia There is absolutely everything you need: fully equipped kitchen, nice bathroom with hair dryer, living room with TV, 2 nice bedrooms Apartment is super clean and spacious Check-in was also very easy
