Situated in a tranquil area on the edge of Denia, this smart apartment complex is set only 40 metres from the Playa de las Rotas beach and comes with a swimming pool with a hot tub. Clean and comfortable apartment with everything included for a great stay near to Denia. Three bedrooms with comfy beds, two bathrooms, good size and well equipped kitchen, balcony with sea views (if you lean out a bit), and a little swimming pool too.

“Convenient & spacious apartment - walkable to the beach/marina/old town & local restaurants”
My friend who lives locally picked up the keys on my behalf as we had a very late night arrival. Initially on arrival it was not clear where to use the plastic key card to gain entry to the grounds so I called the 'after hours' number which was answered promptly and she explained we needed to enter by the door for the car park and this got us immediately into the grounds of the apartments. We had no issues after that. The view from the balcony which was off the living/dining room was beautiful and the apartment was spacious and clean.

Spacious, well equipped kitchen, clean and quite modern. Private balcony, quiet location, Off road, secure key access to car parking. Good location as in one block from the beautiful Mediterranean Sea. (Les Rotes) Trendy L’Erico bar restaurant walking distance along the water’s edge. Quiet area, Denia city about 10 mins drive .. Marina, Port, Restaurants and shopping.

“A lovely quiet location for some winter sun.”
Friendly and informative key collection at the Denia office. Very nice, well equipped 3rd floor apartment with a sea view. Easy to heat in the evenings. Quiet location. Pleasant, level seafront walk into Denia, about 2.5km. There is also a convenient bus service (every 2 hours in winter). We had a delightful week here.

hello. I do not recommend it for a longer stay. The kitchen is not functional, the oven sucks, you can't even call whatsapp because the Wifi signal is so weak that the tragedy of the website opens a few minutes. I do not recommend it.

We traveled in winter, and the price for appartment is very attractive! it is clean, large and has almost everything needed for comfort life the place is quiet and nature is beautiful

If you like a quiet location with nice views of the Montgo and little rocky sea bays around the corner then this a good option. But it is not near the lively city center of Denia.

“Denia not recommended for holiday.”
Picking up the keys was not a problem for us as we had a car. If no car you would have to take a taxi to the apartment as it was approx 3 miles from the office. Office staff wanted us out by 09.30, we negotiated a 10.00 am completion as thought 09.30 was too early. The apartment was clean and spacious close to the sea approx 100m.
