“Denia close by”

I liked the outside space. Private patio & small garden area. Spacious living room. Good size bedrooms. Everything you need for self catering holiday. Close to Denia town for eating out etc. Underground parking was handy.

The aircon is strong. The pool. the garden area. clean. Aldi is abut 7/8 mins walk away. Some nice restauants close by. Drive to port in 6 mins / walk it in 20 mins. But the beach is about 10 mins walk away. We didn't use the gaage, we parked outsid as easier to carry bags. This is an urbanisation with plenty of local families on site.

“Lovely apartment close to the beach”

Great apartment with lovely terrace and small garden. The complex has a communal pool which was clean. Location is 5 minutes walk to the beach.

A very good quality apartament with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you would need to make your own meals or snacks. Spotlessly clean and high quality fittings eg Roca and Grohe bathroom fittings. The showers were hot and powerfull. A short walk to the town. The apartment was very quiet, but not sound-proof, so in high season it's probably a different story. There was always a space to park on the street, so we didn't need to use the underground parking. Huge bonus was the outside space with a terrace with awning and also a seperate área with table and chairs under a canopy of roses, vines etc. Would stay again 100%
