“The host left me, my kids and my pregnant partner out on the street in the heat. Feigning ignorance”
She tried squeezing out more cleaning fees, has not cleaned the place apparently since she did not want to have us in the place to begin with. When i frustratingly called, she was on vacation it seems like and then hung up on me so i had to find a different place to book and stay at my sister her place for a day. Disgusting failure of a ''host'' and as a belgian citizen to another. Je bent bent niet de slimste en ik zal u voor de politie trekken als ik geen full refund krijg. Dank u. You cant feign ignorance to everything and act stupid when its all on texts. and you approved of a dog but then say pets arent allowed later? (pet friendly advertisement btw) you approved of the earlier check in time. You still decided to squeeze cleaning fees out of me (its already payed for in the booking). And you now ignore the full refund after knowing fully well how wrong you are. This review will stay here until i get payed back. Thanks and i hope you enjoyed your vacation whilst ruining ours.
