“Easy to find, peaceful beach nearby, but room could be cozier”

The place was easy to find by car, as it is located right by the main road. There were no issues with parking. A helpful person was available at the reception and checked us in right away. Just across the road, there is a large beach where we could go for a swim. There was hardly anyone there, which made it very peaceful and enjoyable.

“Good hotel for a short stay”

Hotel is new, everything was very clean. Comfortable bed. It has a car parking with plenty of space. Hotel is located near the beach, you just need to cross the street.

“Why would you stay in this location?”

This is a difficult place to rate. On the one hand its rooms are clean, large and modern and well equipped. On the other, it has the hardest pilows ever, a firm mattress and the absence of a top sheet (instead, there is a stiff, thick cover that does not actually fully cover the large bed). But it is the location that gives it my low rating - stuck in the middle of nowhere amongs bare and dusty fields and with the water across a divided highway. I had no idea when booking that it was so positioned. My fault, I guess - but it begs the question of "why would you stay in this location?"

“Good Value Family Run Hotel”

Finding the hotel was a little difficult due to Booking.com not having the correct address. Once we arrived we checked in and found our room to be very big, comfortable and spotlessly clean. There is no lift so it would be hard getting heavy suitcases up to the room. The hotel is more like a pension and the owner was very friendly. When it came to having an evening meal, the staff told us of a restaurant across the highway on the beach front which was within easy walking distance. Can't remember the name of the restaurant but it was reasonably priced with good food. There was no breakfast buffet because it was off season but we were given a nice assortment of Turkish style food on individual plates.

Very friendly service - Adnan is one of the best hosts I've ever met. He helped us with almost everything that we needed: boat trip, rent a car, advises about what to see and even with romantic sea side dinner. Clean rooms, quiet. Very close to good and deserted beach.

When we arrived, the whole place smelled of fish so terribly that we could hardly breathe and our rooms were wide open so they smelled of fish too. At the very end of May we were the only guests in the entire hotel, which was sort of awkward. The staff asked us at what hour we wanted the breakfast, we said 9am and at 9:40 it was still not ready. There were just two pieces of cheese, one egg and some fruits and veggies so definitely a very modest take on Turkish breakfast. We also had to ask the man from the staff (manager?) not to smoke inside from where we could smell it in our rooms. Maybe when there are more people, the hotel functions better, but for us it was really a bad experience compared to what we found in other hotels from our roadtrip

WiFi was working not to fast but still acceptable. The room was modern and clean. parking in front of the hotel.

Owner/menager top person! Very kind, smile and helpful. Room beautiful, clean and big. Very comfort bed! AC. Nice flowers outside the hotel and place to relax. Near to beach. Good and delicious breakfast. Coffee yummy! Shame that we can stay only one night.

The room and the bathroom were clean. The breakfast was great, though it was rather vegetarian style. The hotel owner was really kind and helpful.

“Relaxing and friendly”

The room was to a very high standard with a great wifi connection. I was travelling through the area with a rental car from Dalaman to Antalya visiting the old Lycian and Roman ruins and Demre was a very beautiful place to visit and also the sea front. Hotel is family run and they take good care of you, breakfast was nice to. If I travel through again I shall use this hotel without hesitation. Easy parking for rental car.

The room was very nice and the facilities were pretty new and well maintained. Loved the dog at the reception!

“Positive vibes only”

If you are up for some loneliess or tired of ruble and noize - this plase is the rightest choice for you. 10 mins aways from the city by car. 1 min away from the beach with noone there. Calm and quiet, freshly buld hotel withh all the brand new stuff. Extremmely friendly staff and the most extremelly friendly little doggo at the entrance. The guy (manager I assume) gave us a lift to the busstation and helped to catch the bus which almost left already by then.
