“Below our expectations”
We did not appreciate the lack of empathy of the host. We asked to anticipate of 30 minutes the check in (travelling with 2 small children) and they refused, with no explanation. On the other hand they were pretty strict with the check out time. The flat lacked items that you would normally find in flat rentals (no washing soap, no hand soap, only one toilet paper roll for 7 people 3 nights etc). We were hoping for something better for our holidays
