“NEVER AGAIN”

Didn’t eat.. turned off after discovering the level of poor clean in bedroom

It is a nice hotel with a really good breakfast but the cleaner we had for our room was doing less than the bare minimum wich make us feel frustrated. She did not left paper towel multiples of times. We had to report it. But, everything else was on top.

Stayed here for 1 night in late October - no faults. Room was perfect for my family of 4. 2 Massive Double beds provided, plus a lounge area and large bathroom. Hotel has an amazing pool and hot tub for guests to use. Hotel also provided a very good breakfast. All of this for a very reasonable daily rate. Parking was an extra $25 for the day.

Hotel is amazing and I have been there a few times, which is why I booked again. Great location and great breakfast and the best spot in Delray Beach close to great restaurants and nightlife.

Would prefer if ceramic cups / mugs were available at breakfast instead of paper Parking fee is expensive

Third time we have stayed at Hyatt Place and everything is always fantastic - Staff are great especially the bar team of Charles & Stephanie- already looking to book again for next year

“I am satisfied with hotel but disappointed with way of payment.”

Hotel met our expectations. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast could be better - no ham, no cheese apart from Philadelphia. No vegetables. But it did it work, we were not hungry. Location is good, walking distance from the restaurants and beach. There is big parking available, for 25 USD per day.

Excellent value for money!!! Spacious room, comfortable beds and pillows. Great facilities, mini fridge, clothes steamer, hair dryer and an ice machine on my floor. Breakfast was great, almost the same everyday but always topped up and never too busy. The bar staff were very friendly and helpful and told us good places to visit. There was a great free shuttle called freebie which was extremely convenient especially to get to the beach.

The property was clean and staff were great. Dylan at reception was fantastic, very friendly, helpful and informative

I enjoyed the lobby and decor, the location is superb, the staff very friendly and management goes above and beyond, I did not visit the pool as my trips are more business oriented, the burger I ordered was excellent, breakfast also had very nice offerings.

Good variety of hot and cold items for breakfast. Great pool temperature for kids and the hot tub was definitely hot! Good walking distance to quality restaurants.

Big bedroom and big beds. Breakfast better this year since refurbishment. Very pleasant bar-tender and reception staff were helpful. Stayed January 2024 also. Generally better experience in 2025, notwithstanding bad weather!

Fitness room is of a very low standard, breakfast is also of a very low standard, expensive parking.
