Great location for nearby shops and restaurants - just a short walk - and also not too far from the beach. Our room was an excellent size, clean and modern. Added bonus of having breakfast included as well!

It was a modern clean hotel with big rooms. Our room was large and comfortable. The bed and pillows were great. It was a ten to fifteen minutes walk to the Avenue.

New hotel, nicely decorated, spacious and comfortable rooms, spacious bathrooms with good amenities. It has a small but well equipped gym and a small pool outside. The breakfast area is a sort of a lounge and breakfast is ok, American style. I would have though preferred something more healthy such as plain yogurts, larger selection of fresh fruit, boiled eggs, sugar-free cereals, etc.

Everything during our stay was wonderful. Room was clean and well thought out. In fact, the entire hotel was very well thought out. The only complaint I have is that there needs to be more signage outside directing where to go to get picked up or dropped off by car or how to get to the lobby or parking lot by vehicle. That is a little confusing. Otherwise, great location- the walking proximity to Atlantic Avenue is great. The breakfast each morning was a bonus and was nicer than I thought it would be. Very happy to have chosen the Hampton Inn in Delray Beach. I will be back.

“Lovely hotel in a great location”

Fantastic hotel in a great location. We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights, and was able to park the car and walk everywhere. The beach is a 15 min walk, and Atlantic avenue is 5 mins away. The hotel itself is very clean, modern and comfortable. Really enjoyed using the gym and pool whilst staying. Breakfast was varied and very good. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay here again when visiting the Delray area.

brkfst basic but good, location very good, room was quiet.

The food was nice and the staff attentive. The floor was sticky.

We had a problem with ants in our room, in a trash can , which I moved it outside our room. they couldn't get engineering come spray until the next day. Front desk did however offer us to move to another room but we didn't want to pack everything up and unpack again.

Newly renovated hotel. While walking through the hotel you can smell how new and clean it is. Close to Atlantic Avenue. Perfect hotel to stay for a night. Breakfast was great the next morning.
