Beautifully restored hotel in the centre of Delft. Very comfortable bed!

The hotel itself is beautiful, steeped in history and the location is amazing, but what makes Hotel Arsenaal stand out is the small acts of hospitality: the friendly staff, the welcome drinks, the fact you can reach reception through Whatsapp, the umbrellas at the exit, and the freshly baked bread at the breakfast buffet all stood out for me.

Perfect location for visiting old town, close to railway station. Building itself was beautifully transformed without spoiling such an old building and loved the fabulous wooden beams and pillars in particular. All the staff were professional and friendly and very helpful. The room was beautifully clean and comfortable with everything one would need. Breakfast choice was very good and eating area was delightful Courtyard was a lovely area to sit in with comfortable furniture and sunshades if needed. We made a good choice of hotel and would not hesitate in returning or recommending.

It’s a very beautiful hotel. I like the calm and ambiance very much. The rooms and ground floor spaces are so nice to spend time in.

The location was excellent, a short walk from both the train station and the centre of town. The staff were very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I will stay here again when I am next in Delft.

As walking into the hotel was fabulous design; the air freshener fragrance was wonderful. The bar and breakfast area was comfortable and cosy with the seating and fireplaces. The views out to the canals and houses were beautiful; Delft in a doorway. Good quality breakfast; bread and granolas etc. very good bar menu with cocktails.

Fantastic location, a few minutes walk from the centre, and from Delft station. It’s a very atmospheric building, witha comfortable lounge/dining area.

Amazing decor and structure . Unbelievably comfortable beds with good pillows . Lovely helpful staff who found a very safe place for our bikes . Gorgeous position and great buffet breakfast . Would come back to Delft just for this hotel

Everything ! Fabulous renovation of such a historic building and high quality fixtures throughout including gorgeous bed linen and pillows. Staff were exceptional e.g bags taken up to our room after dropping them prior to check in and going off to explore the old town and bar manager remembered us after only one evening. Excellent cocktails. Location is ideal but quiet at night
