This is my review to hotel Fedriades, Delphi as we were transferred to this hotel upon checking in at Parnassos Hotel Delphi Jan.17 -20. The receptionist at Parnassos hotel explained it nicely. Thank you for the upgrade, a room with mountain view from the balcony. Clean, Good location , breakfast was ok as well. Very friendly two gentlemen at the reception, also staff in the breakfast area. Thank you. Only our first encounter with the lady receptionist at Fedriades Hotel was not very impressive. She could use more training for customer service, Parking could be an issue during peak season. We were lucky, it is off season.

“Perfect place to visit the archeological site and museum”

We were moved to another hotel (Hotel Fedriades) a couple of doors from Hotel Parnassos, but they have the same owner. The staff was really kind. The room has a gorgeous view. The location is perfect, in the middle of the town, the archeological site can be reached on foot.

Very friendly staff , I felt comfortable in the room, was nice and clean .

Very cool spot to stay at the Delphi. The girl at the desk was very helpful explained everything about the Delphi site and gave excellent restaurant recommendations. The Hotel is a short distance away from the Delphi archaeological site and Museum. Easy 5 min walk. There is an elevator in hotel but the stairs were easy. Breakfast in the morning was excellent good variety. Friendly staff. Our room was small but you're there for the experience so we didn't even think twice about the size. The room was clean and had a very cute balcony with beautiful views and good air conditioning. At night you didn't really need it on it's that much cooler in the Delphi.

The room was just like the pictures, beds were comfortable, and the staff were absolutely lovely. Simple, but pleasant stay!

“It would have been fine had it not been for the 11pm phone call waking us”

Great location and comfortable bed. Has interconnecting room for families and the breakfast was good. The man running breakfast went to a lot of trouble to make sure we had plenty of food and was happy. He was very kind.

Everything went well. The staff was very friendly, professional and helpful. The room had a nice view, was quiet and very clean. The archeological site and the museum are very close, a nice short walk from the hotel.

We fell in love with this hotel!! We were traveling non stop through Greece and needed a nice rest when we came to Delphi. First of all it is a beautifulll little town with amaizing views and not to mantion rich history. Hotel and extremely nice and helpful stuff exceeded our expectations absolutely. Lovely girl that welcomed us was very approachable and helpful. That experience continued in the morning as a nice man who was in charge of breakfast gave us the most pleasant welcome and made sure we have everything and more. Before we left we evan got a small magnet which will keep our memories of this beautiful place alive.

“A lack of respect”

We were diverted to another hotel without being informed at any time. We know that according to Booking's conditions, if Parnassos Delphi Hotel cannot accommodate us for any reason, it is obliged to find us another accommodation in an equal or superior hotel, maintaining the same price of the reservation. In this aspect they acted correctly. But our complaint and indignation is due to the bad practice on the part of the hotel. All the communication was sent from Parnassos Delphi Hotel, as if the reservation was correct. And at no time were we informed that we were being moved to another hotel. We had an unpleasant surprise and a big scare when we arrived and found the hotel closed. Only a small sign informed us to go to another establishment, but without giving any other information. Not even the address, just the name. And it was not a sign put up due to a last-minute unforeseen event, but it was laminated. This shows that the change of hotel had already been planned some time ago, without informing the main interested party, us, the guests. This change also meant an additional inconvenience since I need a crutch to get around and I had to carry the luggage a long distance from where we parked the car to the new location. This way of playing with customers is unacceptable and shows a lack of respect. The guest must always be informed at all times. That is why we do not value either the services or the facilities of the hotel, because we do not know them.

We paid for a room with Seaview but what we had was someone’s back yard and glimpse of the sea. Would have been better with a garden view that was at the back and defiantly quieter
