I stayed at this apartment for one night and had a wonderful experience. The place was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The bed was cozy, and all the amenities worked perfectly. The location was convenient, making it easy to get around. The host was friendly, responsive, and made sure everything went smoothly during my stay. Even though it was just a short visit, it felt very welcoming and peaceful. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a nice, well-kept place to stay.

“Great stay in a clean well hosted apartment”

I was kept informed of the whole process on the day of checking in by host Awfar on how the keys will work, entry to building etc., but most of all, we were greeted by Rakib who was an absolute gent and welcomed us to the apartment. Some great small touches of having the AC on prior to us walking in with bottled water and milk made available. The apartment was very clean with fresh linen and toiletries. The apartment was awesome and had a great sea view as per the photos advertising the apartment and just as we expected. The apartment building itself was easy to find with the right instructions sent by Awfar. Centrally located and easy hop to the city of Colombo or the suburbs and all we needed was in walking distances. There was also ample parking for my hire car. Rakib was always at hand at the end of the phone if we needed anything and offered to resolve any issues if any. Great service.

Excellent location.. very close to restaurants and shops. The owner and property manager are very friendly and accomodating of any requests. Apartment is very well maintained, clean, comfortable.

“Great place to stay in Colombo”

The location is great, seaview is amazing. The owner was very kind and helped us to check-in in the middle of the night. Big thanks for everything. The beach is 3 minutes away and very clean. There is also a grocery shop nearby and lot of restaurants in a walking distance. The Colombo Zoo is 20 minutes by feet. But quite expensive for the foreigners

“Amazing property at a great location with security 24/7”

The location was perfect. Very easy to walk to places , get a public transport or get a taxi right out of front. Lovely rooms, very comfortable beds,perfectly furnished and excellent balcony with a breathtaking view. We felt like home. The owner of the property went way beyond what would normally be expected and took time and effort to make great recommendations.
