The apartment was well situated with a wonderful sea view when you step in. The nearest shop, pharmacy and restaurants at a walking distance.The beach just down round the corner. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms was fine. Also nice private pool. Parking space for the car with elevator to the right floor was appreciated.

Everything! But the view of the sea and beach from the balcony was just WOW! I loved watching the sunrise over the sea each morning. It is such a beautiful, clean, bright, fully equipped apartment with great attention to detail, eg extra blankets if you need them at night. Can’t think of anything it was missing. The host was brilliant at communication from start to finish. We had such a warm welcome on our arrival day and she was available throughout our stay if we needed anything. We have already booked our next visit which I think says it all. We stayed in May 24 so it was lovely and quiet but only a 10 min walk to the local supermarket and the restaurant’s at Cabo Roig. The local beach is a short walk down some steps and there is a lovely walkway where you can wander for miles along the coast.

The apartment is very well equipped and has everything you may need. It is located just on the beach and the view from the terrace and form the big bedroom is amazing, especially on sunrise. In 2-3 minutes you are on the beach! The apartment is furnished with a lot of love, you can see that every detail has been taken care of. It is good to have water pool functioning even in December. The owner Carine was very attentive all the time, answering our questions immediately and responding to all our requests. It was great to have garage place. The welcome champagne was very nice too. We hope to stay again and for longer time. Many thanks Carine!

My family and I stayed here for a month in jun/July, the apartment is absolutely ideal for families. So close to 2 beaches, big supermarket, pharmacy, bakery- loads of restaurants, bars and shops. Wifi perfect, tv is just Spanish but we didn’t mind that and there is an internet thing to connect something up but I’m not really into tv so didn’t bother getting it but the option is there if you need it. The views are breathtaking- the photos don’t do it any justice, views out the master bedroom and sitting room. Plenty of space for 6 people, lovely reclining sofa. Aircon is really good, not in one bedroom but again we didn’t mind that. Carine was an excellent host- bought a new cot for the house because we were staying so long, really nice touch to be so accommodating. Really good communication and flexibility. The pool is so nice after a day at the beach, there are no sun loungers to lie around but we went to the beach every day anyway. There are parasols dotted around for shade and it’s spotlessly clean and quiet. Underground car park with a dedicated space if you have a car but the location is so good that you don’t need a car. The only thing that could improve would be the oven, it’s the non fan type but it wouldn’t put me off booking again. I love to cook but I’m sure most people don’t cook a lot on holidays, and there is microwave, toaster, grill, hob, juicer, kettle, coffee machine etc so plenty of options for other ways of cooking. The washing machine was really handy to have and clothes horse on the balcony. Also has a decent hair dryer, iron and good showers. Beds are comfortable, plenty bedding and towels. Loads of storage space in bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Wouldn’t hesitate to rebook and recommend to anyone!

Everything was fabulous and the host too. The location is perfect and a very good beach holiday for family.

Fabulous apartment. It has WiFi, aircon, fans, washing machine, dishwasher and nets on windows. Spotlessly clean. Comfortable beds and excellent location looking onto the beach. 10 mins walk to strip. Supermarket and pharmacy nearby. Definitely recommend.

I loved the sea view, looking straight out from the balcony. it is very handy that there is direct access to the beach and the coastal walkway. You are very close to shops and restaurants and the apartment has free parking. Carin was very helpful and kind to us, and went out of her way to make us comfortable. She has a very good knowledge of the area which she shared with us.

Beautiful views to the Med from bedroom and lounge. Beach access (but a lot of steps.) Private underground car park excellent. Friendly owner always in touch for any help needed even though she was away in Belgium Owner arranged brilliant transfer service from Alicante Airport the taxi driver extremely reliable. Highly recommended.
